Inserting custom images in Email Blast

Steps

1. Go to Postimages

Click Choose images.

Open https://www.postimages.org

Select Do not resize my image and No expiration for best results.

2. Upload Your Image

• Select the image from your computer (e.g., backtoschool.png).
• Wait until the upload completes.

3. Copy the Direct Link

• Once uploaded, Postimages will give you several options.
• Copy the Direct Link (this is the public HTTPS URL ending in .png, .jpg, etc.).

Example:

https://i.postimg.cc/4NjhkPqr/backtoschool.png

4. Insert the Image into the Email Editor

• In your Email Template editor, click the Insert/Edit Image button (picture icon).
• Paste the Direct Link into the Source field.
• Adjust dimensions if needed.
• Click OK.

5. Verify the Image

• The image should now display inside your email template editor.
• Save your template and send a test email to verify it displays correctly.
